Celebrate Valentine’s Day with meals full of love

There are so many ways to express love for those we care about. There are five love languages that humans commonly practice: words of affirmation, quality time, gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. Every February, in the ‘month of love’, people usually distribute flowers, chocolates, or greeting cards. This year why not try something different at home? Serve up some delicious and nutritious meals for your boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, or children. A cooking activity like that even covers all five love languages at once!
